Diamond Group of Companies has been importing & exporting, trading & merchandising Fossil Oil, Edible Oils, Coal, various Ores, Oilseeds, Fertilizers, Grains, Music & Video discs, Motor Vehicles, etc., in major consumption markets for about three decades. It is importing machineries & services for motor vehicles, sugar, oil & gas, food processing and chemical industries. With a network of over 6 divisional head quarters spread across Bangladesh and 4 international offices and a workforce of over 200 dedicated employees discovering a new height of achievement.

Also, this is the first kind of company in the country designed to deal exclusively with foreign joint ventures. Our aim is to work as a partner for oil & gas exploration and other sectors, contracting, production, manufacturing, distribution, marketing and other related businesses including power generation and distribution. Recently the company involved into a joint venture to set up a medium size pharmaceutical industry in India and the project is underway.

The Company has property development business in Dhaka and Brahmanbaria. Total assets in this business surpassed 15 million US dollar last year.

Also the Group is pioneer in lubricant oil refining and marketing, providing drilling services, design and erection of hydrocarbon process plants, pipelines etc. Also specialized in nuclear power plants. Also performs NDT of the facilities, certification, training, outsourcing, turnkey, etc.
Diamond Group of Companies construction businesshas established in the year 2008. Till now, it is seamlessly supplying filling sand, Red/Yelllow Sand from Durgapur & Sylhet, stone of various kinds from local source & imported including Pakur & Meghalaya stone.

It was associate partner of AMBRIN BROTHERS GROUP from 2009-2013 in Chittagong & Dhaka. Now Diamond Group of Companies is an independent dredging & Sand filling farm in Bangladesh.

Diamond Group of Companies is capable to solve any Dredging works in whole Bangladesh. It has been continuing River Dredging Sub-Contract works (Shitolakha & Meghna River) since 2013.

We specialized in Land Development, Lake, River and Costal Dredging works. We have skilled manpower for Land Development works. We have sufficient Dredgers (Local), Barges, Sand Carrier ships. We also have related Ancillary Equipment for Land development Project.

Within a short span of time since its inception it has been farmed and widely entrusted as one of the leading Dredging company having working experience with various Government and Private Construction and Development companies.

We are expecting the direct works or Sub-Contract for land Development works under Bangladesh Army anywhere in the Bangladesh
